The Team Leader programme is aimed at addressing team leader and first-line manager development challenges in organisations today. The programme consists of 20 units, or individual units can be taken on their own to target specific requirements, potentially building into a comprehensive overall programme. Each unit Is supported by a Workbook which contains concise and relevant management theories, short case studies, practical advice, check lists and action plans. This provides the foundation from which the delegates can develop their skills and confidence as a team leader - applying each lesson to increase learning and deliver early returns within their teams.
