Leadership Development Programme

Leadership has been defined as “the ability of an individual to influence, motivate and enable others to contribute towards eff ectiveness and success of the organisations of which they are members”.
The Leadership Development Programme is designed to provide delegates with an insight into a number of key leadership areas and help them identify how they can leverage their new found skills to make a diff erence in the workplace.

The programme utilises a series of case studies and exercises to ensure that learning is internalised and taken back to the workplace.

target audience
This workshop is designed for anyone currently or soon to find themselves in a leadership role whether leading projects, operational teams, managing change or those wishing to lead, not just manage.
