ECITB SMTD Programmes

20|20 Business Management are an approved provider with the Engineering Construction Industry Training Board (ECITB) and can offer funded training to “In-Scope” companies. Due to our reputation as an international provider of Management and Leadership Development Programmes we have been selected to deliver, on their behalf, the Supervisory Management Training and Development Programme and Associated Management & Professional Short Courses.

We can deliver courses “in-house” or alternatively our “open course” dates are scheduled regularly throughout the year, across the UK.

The SMTD programme is designed for both new and experienced Supervisors, Team Leaders and First Line Managers. The programme is mapped to the latest National Occupational Standards in Management and Leadership and has been developed to provide a guide to “Best Practice” for those new to management roles or those wishing to formalise their previous experience.

The programme consists of 7 modules which, when successfully completed in their entirety, attract an ECITB Certificate in Supervisory Management, ECITB Silver Card, confirming that the holder has gained knowledge and understanding that meets at least 7 units of the National Occupational Standards in Management and Leadership and ECITB/IOSH  Managing Safely Award.
