Coaching is increasingly being seen as a key competence for managers and there is now a widespread recognition of its potential as a development tool. Using a coaching approach will develop leadership capabilities at all levels within the organisation as staff are encouraged to find their own answers to challenges and issues and become more motivated and empowered.
This course combines both theory and practice and over 3 days will develop skills and confidence in this approach. The course is very participative and will involve exploration of delegates own approaches within a supportive, challenging and confidential envirnoment. Target Audience This course is aimed at managers of all levels who wish to develop their own leadership skills and encourage leadership and increase motivation within their staff .Learning Outcomes
