Following a stringent selection process Subsea 7 first engaged 20|20 Business Insight Ltd in 2003 to develop and deliver a bespoke project management training package. Subsequently we have trained in excess of 250 personnel in what is a very complex subject, and the course feedback, formal and informal, has been consistently very good. Asking the Whole Senior Management team from a busy clinical service (when they are a significant part of service delivery) to take 2 days out for training is not a request made lightly. However the need to develop some project management skills and to progress a major project meant that some time out was necessary - the pressure to add value was enormous but 20|20 managed to do just that and the feedback from the group was universally positive. 20|20 was extremely flexible about the content of the course so that the crucial aspects (from a practitioners point of view) were covered and they facilitated the session and the team’s discussions so that the likelihood of the group implementing what they had learned was maximised.
