 Training Project Management Professional (Leading to the APMP Qualification)This course, which has been accredited by The Association for Project Management (APM) aims to provide a forum for Project Managers and members of project teams to gain exposure to Best Practice in Project Management in its broadest sense. Using the professional standard of the as the basis for the programme topics, the topics are addressed by demonstrating best practices and applying these to a simulation project. Course Structure The course is delivered as a 4 Day Workshop. Delegates seeking a project management qualification should also book onto the APMP 1day exam preperation workshop (which follows at the end of the course). All learners will be provided with pre-course access to 12 hours of eLearning content.
