PMI Project Management Professional This course, which has been accredited by The Project Management Institute (PMI) aims to provide a forum for Project Managers and members of project teams to gain exposure to Best Practice in Project Management in its broadest sense. Using the professional standard of the as the basis for the program topics, the topics are addressed by demonstrating best practices and applying these to a simulation project. Course Structure
The course is delivered as a 4 Day Workshop. Delegates seeking accreditation to book onto the PMI Exam Preparation Workshop which follows after the course. Delegates will be provided with pre-course access to 12 hours of eLearning content.
