PMI Exam Preparation WorkshopThis course has been developed to prepare candidates for the Project Management Institute (PMI)’s Certificated Associate of Project Management (CAPM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) credential, depending on the experience of the individual. The qualifications are aimed at project managers and aspiring project managers who wish to demonstrate their knowledge and application of project management and covers all the knowledge areas and process groups from the PMI’s , which is considered fundamental to the professional management of projects. Course StructureThe course is run as a 2 Day Workshop. Candidates then arrange their CAPM or PMP examinations directly with the PMI when they are ready to sit the examination. PMI examination centres are located in most major cities globally and candidates can book a time and location convenient to them to undertake the CAPM examination (3 hours, 150 question multiple choice) or PMP examination (4 hour, 200 question multiple choice). Certification
Candidates with limited or no experience are recommended to undertake the CAPM examination. Those candidates with 5 years experience (or 3 years with a B.Sc.) are recommended to undertake the PMP examination. Both credentials are recognized internationally.
