Bespoke programmes

20|20 have extensive experience in developing a wide range of bespoke programmes for our Clients.  Our rigorous design and development process, based on the ADDIE methodology (see below), provides Clients with full visibility from an initial analysis of requirements through to implementation and evaluation. 

Whether the required programme is based on existing materials, or designed from scratch, we pride ourselves on exceeding Client expectations. Bespoke programmes can delivered by our facilitators or by others, supported by detailed facilitator’s guides and train-the-trainer sessions where necessary. 20|20 has developed and delivered programmes for a wide range of Clients globally – from project management development programmes through to other disciplines such as Safety Leadership and Quality Management. 

Our Clients own the intellectual property for materials developed specifically for them and, by using the ADDIE methodology, we ensure that the development project plan includes key review milestones at every stage.
