This Association for Project Management (APM) accredited course follows the syllabus requirements of the APM Introductory Certificate and is designed to clarify and explain the basic aspects of a project and project management in order for participants to gain confidence in their project environment. It will help individuals to recognise the key aspects of a project and the importance of their role within it. The contents of the course are structured to follow a typical project lifecycle - from Concept through Definition and Implementation to Handover & Closeout.
Certification Delegates will also undertake a 1 hour multiple choice examination and successful candidates will be awarded the APM’s Introductory Certificate in Project Management.
