Handbooks, processes & templates

The delivery of high quality project management training & development is a key step towards improving project management maturity and project management excellence within an organization. However, this can only be effective if project teams have access to clear in-house guidelines and common processes, documentation and terminology.

Over a number of years 20|20 has worked with its Clients to develop and implement a range of supporting project management handbooks, systems, processes and templates to ensure that project management excellence is consistent and supported throughout the organization.

Our extensive library of best practice handbooks, processes and templates allow us to provide significant value to our Clients quickly and cost-effectively.

Project Management Handbooks
20|20 have developed generic handbooks which follow Project Management Institute (PMI) or Association for Project Management (APM) best practice and provide project personnel with a step-bystep guide to project management in their own organizations. These have been successfully tailored and implemented in a diverse range of industries including oil & gas, engineering & construction, healthcare and others. This fast-path approach allows us to work with our Clients to incorporate their own processes and terminology and provide a direct linkage between the Project Management Handbook, internal systems, and the training delegates have undertaken.

Systems and Processes
While most organizations have systems and processes in place, their practicability and integration with best practice project management can be variable. 20|20 can leverage its vast experience in working in projects and with a diverse range of Clients and industries to work with Clients to implement or improve its project management systems and processes to ensure they provide an integrated and logical approach for project teams to follow – ensuring a consistent
approach that allows project personnel to move between projects using common standards and experience. Ensuring systems and processes are fit for purpose and scalable depending on project complexity provides significant value and efficiency to organizations as part of an integrated approach.

Project Templates
